Terms

The Dexby packages are licensed under the terms stated in the repository. Nothing on this website expands or narrows that licence. You may run the self-hosted runtime in production without our approval, and we charge no licence fee for doing so.

Cloud access is granted at our discretion in batches. During private beta there is no published service level agreement, no uptime commitment, and no guarantee of backward compatibility between releases. We may change APIs with notice to beta participants.

Beta participants are not billed. Usage rates will be published before general availability and will never be applied retroactively.

You are responsible for the credentials your users connect, for the scopes you request from third-party providers, and for what your agents do with the access you grant them. Dexby enforces the controls described in Governance and cannot decide on your behalf whether a given action is appropriate for your users.

You must comply with the terms of every third-party API you reach through a connector. Those agreements are between you and that provider.

We describe controls as designed, implemented, or certified, and we do not blur the three. Dexby is not currently SOC 2 certified and does not offer a HIPAA business associate agreement. Treat any statement on this site about a compliance framework as a description of design intent unless it explicitly says an audit is complete.

The self-hosted software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law and subject to the repository licence. Dexby Cloud during private beta is provided without warranty and without liability for lost data, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from its use.
